(“Centaurus”) is pleased to announce that in an effort to better serve our advisors throughout the eastern half of the country and to expand our corporate presence in the Southeast, we have opened our newest corporate location in Sandy Springs, Georgia which is an affluent suburban city just north of downtown Atlanta!
The new corporate office will initially function as an extension of the Centaurus Operations Department and will assist in handling brokerage activities for accounts held on the Pershing platform. While Centaurus has future plans to further develop the office to provide additional services for advisors and to serve other roles for the firm, only Pershing operational items will be handled at that location at this time.
Centaurus Hires Adam Simon as VP, East Coast Operations
We are also pleased to announce that we have hired Adam Simon as Vice President of East Coast Operations to manage the new office. We are extremely excited to have Adam on board as he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience with him.
Adam has over twenty years of experience in the broker/dealer industry with a primary focus in operations, administration and business development. Prior to joining Centaurus, Adam served eleven years as VP Operations for a national independent broker/dealer where he managed the firms clearing relationships, daily brokerage operations, direct business operations and equity trading departments. Adam holds the Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 31, 53, 55, 63, 65, 79, and 99 securities licenses.
